One of the best things about summer is relaxing outside and enjoying live music. Our annual Summer Concert Series is here to help.
The blues are a musical expression of our feelings and the human condition. In that spirit, on Sunday, July 3 at 7:00pm we welcome John Henry and the Rainmakers in front of the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center. An electric blues quartet, the band features the many colors of blues: rural, urban, swing, and soul using both original songs as well as classics, largely in the 1950’s style.
These concerts are made possible in part due to a Tourism Attraction Grant from Destination Hilliard and generous gifts from Coffee Connections and the Rotary Club of Hilliard.
Don’t forget that the Hilliard DORA is in effect, so feel free to bring food and adult beverages from participating Hilliard bars and restaurants.
In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be held inside the HCCAC so please come down to Old Hilliard rain or shine.
