An annual tradition for the Hilliard community is renewed as the Hilliard Community Chorus presents Handel’s Messiah!
As a musical setting of the Christmas story, we find ourselves centering on the new life and unconditional love this season brings. Please join us in celebrating the Christmas season on Sunday, December 18 at 3:30pm at St. John Lutheran Church, 6135 Rings Rd, Dublin OH 43016!
In addition to the Hilliard Community Chorus, the concert will feature the talents of a chamber orchestra and 4 outstanding soloists: Erin Angel (soprano), Faith Fullen (alto), Tim Byrer (tenor) and Doug O’Neal (bass). The Hilliard Youth Chorus will also be on hand with pre-concert holiday music beginning at 3:00pm.
Admission to the concert is complimentary with a free will offering available with all proceeds going to the Hilliard Arts Council assisting them in realizing their mission of inspiring and educating our entire community through the arts.
The Hilliard Community Chorus is a volunteer choir made up of over 30 community members united in their joy of singing. The Chorus currently performs throughout the year and is conducted by Logan W. Fletcher, a trained choral conductor and Hilliard music teacher.
