Charlotte’s Web is a beloved children’s story by E.B White and  has been adapted by Joseph Robinette for the stage. In the show, Wilbur, a young pig who desperately wants to avoid the butcher, is befriended by Charlotte, the barn’s spider, who proves to be “a true friend and good writer,” determined to save her new friend’s life. This is a play about loyalty and friendship that will give audiences of all ages a thoughtful, heartwarming and fun-filled experience. The Children’s Literature Association named Charlotte’s Web the best American children’s book of the past two hundred years.

HAC is committed to safety above all else for it’s cast, production team and audience.  As vaccinations are yet not available for younger children combined with the rising levels of infection caused by the Delta variant of COVID-19, all audience members must be masked while inside the theatre. Masks will be provided at the door for those that have forgotten to bring them.  Additionally audience members are asked to distance themselves from other parties where possible.
