The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe

Godspell is a vibrant and imaginative musical that brings the teachings of Jesus to life through a series of parables, primarily drawn from the Gospel of Matthew. Conceived by John-Michael Tebelak with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (of Wicked fame), the show blends comedy, improvisation, and heartfelt songs—including the hit “Day by Day”—to explore themes of community, compassion, and spiritual awakening.
Those who audition will be expected to sing 15-20 bars from a musical piece that shows the actor’s vocal range. They will also do a cold reading from the script.Â
