The Hilliard Arts Council is proud to announce our Summer musical – Hello, Dolly! HELLO, DOLLY!, the blockbuster Broadway hit, bursts with humor, romance, high-energy dancing, and some of the greatest songs in musical theater history. The romantic and comic exploits of Dolly Gallagher-Levi, turn-of-the-century matchmaker and “woman who arranges things,” are certain to thrill and entertain audiences again and again. Guys and Dolls

The Hilliard Arts Council is proud to announce our summer musical for 2017 – Guys and Dolls! Guys and Dolls features music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows. It is based on “The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown” and “Blood Pressure” – two short stories by Damon Runyon, – and also borrows characters and plot elements from other Runyon stories – most notably “Pick the Winner”. The premiere on Broadway was in 1950. It ran for 1200 performances and won the Tony Award for Best Musical. 2018 Summer Drama Camp

ANNOUNCEMENT: All spots for our 2018 Summer Drama Camp are full at this time. We look forward to seeing the kids  in July. Thanks! Now is the time to sign up for the Hilliard Arts Council Summer Drama Camp! Camp runs July 23-27, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Location: Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center 5425 Center St, Hilliard, OH 43026 Open to students entering grades 1-6 for the coming school year. Campers will take part in workshops in both theatre and music.  The week will culminate in a performance of a play that the campers will rehearse throughout the week as well. Robin Brenneman, retired theatre teacher from Hilliard Davidson High School will be leading the activities. Campers will be divided into two groups: grades 1-3 and 4-6. Snacks are provided.
