July 4th Entertainment
In July the Hilliard Arts Council sponsors the entertainment before the
4th of July Fireworks. This year radio station WCOL will provide sound synchronization to the evening fire
works display.
Summer Production 2008
Jekyll and Hyde, Book and Lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, Music by Frank Wildhorn
A musical based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Directed by Ken and Robin Brenneman

Summer Concert Series
Throughout July and August the Hilliard Arts Council presents several outdoor concerts.
Part of these are performed by the Hilliard Community Band which is made up of local
musicians. In addition, other small musical groups or bands are brought in to perform.
The Summer Concerts are all free and are held at the Hilliard City Parks.

Art Fair
The Old Hilliard Art Fair and the The Old Hilliard Street Fair will join together as HILLIARDFEST
in early September. The Old Hilliard Street Fair has been going
on for over 20 years and is organized by the Hilliard Civic Association. Visit their

The Old Hilliard Art Fair features over 50 local and national artists
under the direction of Hal Stevens & Associates. The entire event ( Street Fair and Art Fair ) have been
moved to the Franklin County Fairgrounds and Historical Village.

Messiah
In December, the Hilliard Arts Council
presents a Messiah Sing Along. Community
members are invited to participate. If you like to sing you won't want to miss this
event!
