Artist Application for 2012 Art Fair
We have added the ability to enter your application for the 2012 Art Fair online.
General Information
The Art Fair is open to all artists who exhibit and sell work in all mediums.
No commercial molds or manufactured artwork will be accepted.
We reserve the right to remove from the Art Fair any work, which does not comply with community standards for a family oriented event.
The individual exhibitor will handle all sales. No commission will be taken.
Artists need to provide their own adequately weighted tent and fire extinguisher (Ohio fire code section 906.1)
Unless you note otherwise, we assume permission to use your photographs (with credits) for promotion of this event.

Eligibility
All three dimensional crafts: ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, paper, wood, mixed media as well as prints, painting,photography and sculpture.
Booth Fee
$75 for a 10’ by 10’ booth space.
$20 discount to Hilliard residents. Must have a Hilliard address.
$10 non-refundable application fee.
With registration, send full booth fee (i.e. $75 or $55) PLUS $10 non-refundable application fee by June 1, 2012.
To Apply
No screening fee required. Previous exhibitors are automatically accepted.
Fill out the application data below. When you have completed entering your data, click the SAVE button. You will have an opportunity to print a copy of the application.
Once completed you will be given a user name and password with which you may then login and upload your photos.
In order for your application to be approved we will need 2 or 3 images of your work and 1 image of your booth display. You may upload the images after you have saved this application and received a user name and password.
